M D Edutech Private Limited (“Company”) is the licensed owner and operator of the platform Dutient (www.dutient.ai) and acts as the data fiduciary/controller with respect to the processing of your Personal Data. 

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the Personal Data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have as a data subject.


This Privacy Notice explains:

Usercentrics (consent management service provider) for Wix (website provider) is used on the website as a processor for the purpose of consent management.

We collect your Personal Data when you:

  • Visit our website: When you visit or use our website, we also collect certain data through cookies and other tracking technologies. For more information on cookies and tracking technologies, please refer to our Cookie Policy. You can find it at the bottom of any webpage on dutient.ai.

  • Contact us through the “Contact Us” option on the website, or reach out to our privacy office via email at privacy@dutient.ai 

  • Communicate with us through social networking websites, third-party applications, or through direct emails.

2. Legal Basis to collect your Personal Data

We will only collect, process, use, or store your Personal Data if we have a valid and lawful reason to do so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

2.1. Consent

We collect and process your Personal Data when you have given us clear consent for a specific purpose.

Example: when you submit an inquiry through our website.

2.2. Contractual Necessity

We process your Personal Data when it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps before entering into a contract.

Example: providing customer support or delivering a service you have requested.

We may process your Personal Data where we have a legitimate business reason, provided this does not override your rights and freedoms.

Examples: detecting and preventing fraud, enabling website experience or ensuring website security.

We may process your Personal Data to comply with laws, regulations, or lawful requests from authorities.

We may process your data to protect your safety or the safety of others.

3. How long do we store your Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data you share with us is only stored for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Maintaining and improving our website and services [if consent is withdrawn, we delete your data within 30 days. Standard retention period: 1 year]

  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements [upto 8 years]

  • Preventing fraud and resolving disputes [upto 8 years]

We retain Personal Data only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the stated purpose. Thereafter, data is securely stored and protected for as long as liability may arise, in line with applicable laws. At the end of the retention period, your Personal Data will either be deleted or anonymised so it can be used only for statistical or analytical purposes.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of your Personal Data


We prioritize the security and privacy of your Personal Data. We do not sell or disclose it to third parties, except where necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We share your Personal Data on a need-to-know basis with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service Providers and Partners – who help us operate, promote, and improve our services, such as data hosting, maintenance, analytics, payment processing, and legal support. Where service providers access your Personal Data, we ensure that:

    1. They respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws.

    2. They only access data needed to perform their services.

    3. They use the data only for agreed purposes under contract.

    4. They delete or return the data once their services end.

  • Law Enforcement and Authorities – where required to: (i) comply with legal processes such as court orders, subpoenas, or investigations; (ii) prevent or detect crime; (iii) protect the safety of individuals; or (iv) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

  • Business Transfers – in case of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, sales, bankruptcies, or other changes in ownership or control, we may transfer your Personal Data to relevant affiliates or new owners.


5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Because of the global nature of our business, your Personal Data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your home country. We may also share it with our affiliates, associated entities, and service providers located abroad for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

Whenever we transfer your data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected and handled securely in line with this Privacy Notice. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms (such as a data processing agreements/ standard contractual clauses) to ensure your Personal Data receives adequate protection in the recipient country.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data you provide to us. These measures are designed to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access during transmission, storage, or processing.


We maintain safeguards in line with applicable data protection laws and industry best practices. These include tokenization, encryption (such as Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+) and AES 128 bit, strict access controls, and retention policies to prevent unauthorized access or unnecessary storage. 


7. Links to Third-Party Websites, Services and Social Media Platforms


Our platform may include links to third-party websites or applications. These are governed by their own privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you leave our platform, any Personal Data you provide to such websites or applications is managed by their respective operators. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of these third parties.

8. Your Rights in relation to your Personal Data


We want you to be in control of your Personal Data and you have certain rights with regard to the Personal Data which we process as described below. These rights may vary depending on the country or state you live in. We will honor requests in line with the privacy laws that apply to you.

  • we are legally obliged to keep it

Under India’s DPDPA, you may nominate a parent, guardian, or trusted individual to act on your behalf in case of incapacity or death. The nominee can exercise your data rights in line with applicable laws.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This will stop us from using your data for that purpose (e.g., communications, optional services). Withdrawing consent won’t affect processing already done before withdrawal, but may limit access to certain services.

9. Children’s Privacy


We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and complying with applicable laws on the collection and processing of their Personal Data. Our platform is not directed at, nor intended for use by, individuals under the age required by law in their country to provide valid consent (for example: under 13 in the United States, under 16 in the European Union/United Kingdom, and under 18 in India).

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If we discover that a child has provided us with Personal Data without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian, we will delete it.

Where a minor wishes to use our services, their Personal Data must be provided or authorized by a parent or lawful guardian.

We are committed to ensuring that all users, including persons with disabilities, can access and use our platform with dignity, equality, and independence.
